DAVID BAT
President
-David brings over 30 years of extensive energy and oil & gas experience. David began his career as a geologist with Chevron and later held executive and general management roles with Chevron Corporation where he led the creation of Chevron Energy Solutions and served as Vice-President. In 2003 he departed Chevron to lead Constellation New Energy Texas. Under David’s leadership, Constellation became the second largest provider in the emerging Texas deregulated energy market. He returned to his upstream roots in 2007 and has been involved in leading oilfield
research, tracking all facets of the upstream industry including technologies and supplier performance. David received his BS Geology from the University of Oklahoma, MS Geology from Oklahoma State University and MBA from the University of New Orleans. He is married with three children and active in his church, Boy Scouts, family sporting events, and golf.
MIKE STOVALL
Vice President
-Mike has been actively engaged in oil & gas market research and supplier performance benchmarking since 1995. Over his career, Mike has been involved with all phases of market research including questionnaire development, interviewing, data collection, analysis, forecasting and reporting for countless upstream, midstream, and downstream projects. Mike is a University of Texas alumni, married with two children, and enjoys any opportunity to travel, fish, or play a round of golf with some old buddies.
CHRISTINA RUGGIERO
Vice President
-Christina has over 15 years’ experience in the international oil and gas industry. Most of her career has been in consulting governments, NOCs, and IOCs with energy policy, asset valuation, strategic planning, and project management. Christina spent 4 years at Baker Hughes as an analyst in global operations of Completion products, and then a Latin America Business Analyst Manager. Christina has a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University. When not in the office, Christina can be found training and racing triathlon and other endurance events.
CHERYL MATZEL

-Cheryl began her career with Deloitte & Touche in the Audit department, leaving after 10 years to raise her children. Cheryl has been working in the oil & gas market research industry since 2008. Cheryl is a CPA and a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.​ Cheryl enjoys spending time with friends and family on Lake Livingston, but above all else, she loves spending time with her dogs!

Sean has been involved in the oil & gas industry since 2008 as an owner of a company that dealt with offshore vessel retirement and salvage. Sean has worked in the oil & gas market research industry since 2014. Sean studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Florida.
Ankur has worked in business analytics and market research since 2005 and has been a part of the Kimberlite team since its conception. Ankur has a BBA from IMS Dehradun and an MBA from IASE University. Ankur lives and operates in the technology & commerce hub of Lucknow, India.
Jessica worked in operational management Before joining the Kimberlite team in 2021. Jessica’s work focuses on maintaining productivity while integrating new efficiencies to optimize work and maximize interview retention Jessica attended Kent State University, Majoring in Geology.
