Kimberlite, LLC uses a third party to process credit card transactions. Kimberlite, LLC is not responsible for any loss of information under the care of any third party used.
Kimberlite, LLC product offerings are only available through kimberliteresearch.com or directly from Kimberlite, LLC.
Kimberlite, LLC products are only to be used by the one that purchased them. Purchasing a Kimberlite, LLC product for anyone other than the company or person specifically listed on the invoice is not permitted.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Kimberlite offers the option of subscription services. These services are not available online. A subscription to one of our product offerings is only available by contacting a Kimberlite representative. Subscriptions are billed on an individual subscription basis (Kimberlite will not lump charges from multiple subscriptions). You will be billed in advance, recurring on the agreement set in place for your specific subscription (times will range). If purchasing a Kimberlite product from our website or mobile site, without the calling to set up a subscription, your payment will only be accepted one time. If you have been charged more than one time for a non-subscription product(s), please contact Kimberlite, LLC immediately, otherwise, Kimberlite, LLC will assume this was the purchaser’s intent.
CONTENT
Our Content provides Oil & Gas Market and product research and analytics. Our content is collected through the use of one on one Subjective interviews. These interviews are conducted predominately over the phone, but may also be conducted through, but not limited to, the use of online surveys and in-person interviews. The person(s) interviewed for our reports are believed to be subject matter experts. These persons are sought out based on their known field of expertise or known job titles. The information they provide is of their own free will. The person(s) interviewed is(are) not paid for their interview(s). The person(s) interviewed is(are) informed they will have to option to receive an Executive Summary of the findings for the study(ies) they have participated in upon the completion of the final report. Executive Summaries are limited previews of the data collected and are developed and assembled at the discretion of Kimberlite, LLC

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Kimberlite, LLC will only provide a refund before the completion of the product fulfillment. Once Kimberlite, LLC has sent the purchased product Kimberlite, LLC will not provide a refund or return of any kind. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Kimberlite, LLC reserves the right to refuse business to any company or individual that Kimberlite, LLC determines not to have the best of intentions for the products in question.
KIMBERLITE LOGO
Kimberlite, LLC prohibits the use of the Kimberlite, LLC logo unless otherwise informed by the Kimberlite staff.

PRODUCT USAGE
Any report(s) and/or data purchased from Kimberlite, LLC is to be used only by the party that has purchased said product(s). Kimberlite, LLC reports and data are not to be published to any media or content provider without the expressed permission of Kimberlite, LLC. All Kimberlite, LLC product offerings are only intended for the internal use of the person(s)/company that has purchased said products.
To reference a Kimberlite, LLC product offering, you must contact Kimberlite, LLC.
CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is made we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a change will be determined at our sole discretion.
